Elba is the founder of Renew Counseling, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor.
She specializes in EMDR, trauma recovery, and anxiety treatment, and is known for her warm, collaborative style and belief that healing happens when therapy feels safe and authentic.

Ph.D -- Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Joshua serves as the CFO and COO of Renew Counseling. He an has extensive background in leadership and strategic thinking.
He has over 20 years of experience in nuclear physics and specializes in radiation effects. He is known for his organization, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
