A Master's degree in a clinical field of study such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counselor, and Social Work.
Active and in good standing independent clinical license from the NM Counseling and Therapy or Social Work Board.
Individual liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
A Limited Liability Corporation as we are contracting with your private practice.
