A Master's degree in a clinical field of study such as Marriage and Family Therapy or Mental Health Counselor.
Active and in good standing clinical license from the NM Counseling and Therapy Board.
Individual liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
A Limited Liability Corporation as we are contracting with your private practice (we can help you set this up).
