Renew Counseling was founded in response to the growing need for accessible, high-quality mental health care in our expanding Las Cruces community. We are a group practice made up of well-trained, passionate clinicians who are deeply committed to providing thoughtful, ethical, and effective care.

We believe that meaningful therapy begins with trust. Our clinicians value authenticity, professionalism, and collaboration, and we work to create a welcoming environment where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. Treatment at Renew Counseling is never one-size-fits-all. We take time to understand each client’s unique story, goals, and strengths in order to provide care that is both personalized and effective.

Our team offers a wide range of services, including treatment for individuals, couples, and adolescents. Our team is well versed in treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD (including EMDR), postpartum concerns, and faith-based counseling. For clients who desire it, we integrate faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process in a way that is respectful, clinically sound, and aligned with the client’s beliefs and values. Faith-based counseling is client-led and offered as an additional layer of support, not a requirement. We draw from evidence-based approaches and clinical expertise while honoring each client’s values and lived experience.
